Body Image Coaching
You deserve a relationship with your body that feels freeing, not limiting.
As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I help individuals move beyond body shame, self-criticism, and the exhausting pursuit of an ever-changing ideal. Together, we’ll work toward a more peaceful, trusting connection with your body—one rooted in respect, curiosity, and self-compassion.
Struggles with body image aren’t personal failings; they’re responses to deeply ingrained cultural messages. Our work will focus on unlearning the patterns that keep you stuck while developing practical strategies for behavior change that align with your values and well-being. I provide concrete tools and planning support to help you shift self-talk, strengthen body trust, and navigate real-world challenges with more ease.
Over time, many clients find a new sense of freedom—not because they force themselves to love every part of their body, but because they learn to treat themselves with care and dignity. My goal is to help you step away from body battles and into a life that feels more expansive, meaningful, and truly your own.

What is body image coaching, and how is it different from therapy?Body image coaching focuses on shifting your relationship with your body through reflection, nervous system support, and mindset work. While therapy explores deeper emotional wounds and past trauma, coaching is often more present-focused, helping you build a more peaceful, accepting connection with your body.
-
Do I have to want to lose weight to benefit from body image coaching? Not at all. My approach is rooted in body neutrality and Health at Every Size (HAES). We focus on how you feel in your body, rather than changing it, so you can move through life with greater ease and confidence.

Can body image coaching help with disordered eating or eating disorders? While I can support those struggling with body image, if you have an active eating disorder, a therapist or dietitian specializing in eating disorders is a better fit. Coaching can be a valuable complement to therapy once you're in sustained recovery.
-
What if I’ve struggled with body image for years—can coaching still help?Yes. Many clients have battled body image issues for decades. Change is possible at any stage, and coaching provides practical tools to help you unlearn harmful beliefs and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with your body

How do I know if body image coaching is right for me?If you feel exhausted by negative body thoughts, avoid certain activities because of your appearance, want to develop a more peaceful mindset around food and movement, coaching can be a supportive and transformative process.
