I’ve always been drawn to the tender spaces of life—the moments of vulnerability, growth, and quiet transformation. I believe that healing is as unique as a fingerprint, and that’s what shapes my work as a licensed professional counselor and grief specialist. I’ve chosen a holistic approach to therapy because I believe humans are beautifully complex, and true healing happens when we honor every layer of our being—mind, body, and spirit.

I specialize in grief, body image, and spiritual formation because these are the places where life’s deepest challenges and opportunities for growth often live. Grief teaches us about love and loss; our relationship with our bodies reflects how we inhabit the world; and exploring our spiritual dimension connects us to something greater than ourselves.
