Live Virtual Experiential Course

An experiential course designed for the tender-hearted women who are tending others.

For highly sensitives, empaths, helpers, and healers.

An 8 week therapist-led experiential course for women ready to better understand and relate to their own tenderness. For sensitives who tend others to begin tending themselves.

What This Is

  • This is 8 weeks of live, guided experience, with touch points in between sessions.

  • This is identity-level work (not just skill-building.)

  • This is small group intimacy. (6-8 women) Your cohort, your connections.

  • This is therapist-led. While not being therapy, this experiential course is held with trauma-aware facilitation.

  • This is reflection, relational witnessing, and integration. This is deep transformation.

What This Isn't

  • This is not pre-recorded modules with no live interaction.

  • This is not an overpromise of transformation without the relational depth required for deep healing.

  • This is not passive consumption (“watch this, then your life changes!”) that you might rush through and then forget any important insights.

  • This is not "fast work," paced-quickly, or flooding you with content.

  • This is not a one-size-fits-all container. This is designed specifically with YOU, the highly sensitive and tender-hearted woman in mind.

The Course

"The Way of the Tender" is an 8 week live virtual interactive course, where we'll explore:

  • Deepening your understanding of your own tenderness and sensitivity, and practicing what it means to meet it with acceptance.

  • Tracing the timeline of your life through the lens of tenderness, noticing where it has been shaped, protected, or misunderstood.

  • The ways sensitivity has influenced your identity, and how those stories might be reimagined.

  • Relating to tenderness not as something to manage, but as a form of wisdom and guidance.

  • Your relationship to caregiving. Its impact, its limits, and the kinds of support that allow care to be sustained.

  • What it looks like to build a life that genuinely supports your tenderness, including practices, structures, and rhythms that feel supportive.

  • Distilling a personal guiding statement. Something you can return to as an internal compass for how you live and and how you make choices.
